Merchants shall review all the requirements thoroughly and develop their own terms in accordance with opinions from their legal advisors to ensure the validity and enforceability of the terms of conditions adopted by them.

使⽤條款 ( 網上訂餐 )
This mobile web app (“Service”) shall facilitate the order and payment process between customers (“you”, “your”) and Wan Kwai Fung (“Wan Kwai Fung”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
此流動應⽤程式(以下簡稱「服務」)將協助您與雲貴風 (以下簡稱「雲貴風」、「我們」或「我們的」) 進⾏交易及完成付款程序。
Please ensure that your order is correct before payment. Wan Kwai Fung will prepare the food once payment is made. No order cancellation / modification or refund will be entertained after completion of the transaction, unless specifically provided otherwise hereunder.
請您在進⾏付款程序前確定訂單是否正確。請注意，在交易完成後，我們將立即準備食物，除非另有所述，否則您所下達的訂單將不能被取消／更改，且我們將不會受理任何退款要求。
The electronic ticket is valid for 30 mins only.
電⼦取餐券僅於付款後60分鐘有效，逾期作廢。
The electronic ticket issued by the mobile web app must be produced when you pick up your meal. We will not be able to process your pick-up request if the electronic ticket concerned cannot be produced.
在領取食物時，請您出⽰流動應⽤程式所發出的電⼦取餐券。請注意，倘若您在領取食物時未能出⽰相關的電⼦取餐券，我們將不能處理您領取食物的要求。
You are solely responsible for the data charges incurred from using the mobile web app. Please note that data charges can become very expensive on roaming.
您必須⾃⾏負責使⽤流動應⽤程式所產⽣的流動數據⽤量。請注意，在使⽤漫遊數據服務時，有關費⽤或會⼗分⾼昂。
We have no entitlement and liability for any delay and failure on meal preparation due to an event of force majeure, i.e. circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, serious technical defects, state of war, labour conflicts, missing/faulty internet connections, data security during transmission etc.
1.1我們是雲貴風的購物網絡公司(以下簡稱為「我們」)，且我們擁有網購平台提供便利的購物服務（「服務」）。雲貴風位於香港。通過顯示在平台上的產品，雲貴風只銷售給那些可接受香港法律規管的人。如果在平台訂購產品，您的訂單將被視為受香港法律及被本使用條款所約束。
1.2閣下使用平台訂購產品，即代表閣下同意受下列條款及細則所約束。請細閱有關條款及細則。

* 隱私權保護政策內容，包括本網站如何處理在您使用網站服務時收集到的個人識別資料。

* 當您蒞臨本網站或參與本網站活動時，我們將視活動性質請您提供必要的個人資料，並在該特定目的範圍內處理及利用您的個人資料。
